Grants for small business accident prevention

Objective: Supporting Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in Implementing Real Prevention Actions

In order to support micro-businesses, SMEs, and all companies with fewer than 50 employees in implementing genuine prevention actions, the Regional Health Insurance Funds (CARSAT), in partnership with Health Insurance Occupational Risks, have introduced the TPE Prevention Grants. Indeed, these have been in effect since January 2, 2019, and will remain so until November 15, 2022. It was created under Article L. 422-5 of the French Social Security Code and can amount to up to €25,000 per company. Please note, if you believe you are eligible, applications must be submitted complete no later than November 15, 2022. They must include the paid invoices for the approved investments. Who can obtain this financial aid?

What does this TPE prevention grant fund?

This TPE prevention grant funds the purchase of equipment or services enabling risk prevention. Indeed, depending on your sector of activity, the types of risks vary considerably. That is why the aids are specific to your sector and to the risks associated with your particular activity. Let's discover them right away.

• The welding industry

• Cleaning and home care professions

• Material handling professions

• The chemical industry

• Painters and carpenters (craftsmen)

How to obtain the grant?

What is the amount of the TPE prevention grants?

The TPE prevention grants are awarded within the limits of available budgets and the aid's validity period. Thus, their amount is capped at €25,000.
